The courses change depending on the season. Indicative courses are:

Body Bars
Full body training program with basic equipment (step bars). Ideal for those first starting. Highly effective, with adaptations, for more advanced members.

Aerobic program for you, which combines music and fun to improve your fitness.

Yoga – Lates
Exercise that combines yoga and Pilates to increase flexibility and strength, while bringing mind and body in a state of harmony and balance.

Spinning is the most intense aerobic program. Using exercise bikes and under the guidance of a qualified trainer, you will exercise your arms, legs and abs.
